The hotel features beautiful historic decor, but the lack of air conditioning made for a difficult night's sleep.

The historical charm of the building is delightful.
My room was crammed to the point of being stifling. I could barely move around, let alone open my suitcase without sitting on the bed. The lack of basic amenities felt laughable—no place to set my toiletries, just a sad little sink. Additionally, the service was painfully slow. I waited ages just to receive my order at the bar, and when it finally came, everything was served at once, creating an uncomfortable dining experience.

Recommend it for couples
The staff was incredibly helpful, they even assisted with recommendations for local restaurants that turned out to be fantastic. One night, after returning from a long day, we found a surprise dessert waiting in our room, a nice touch that felt personalized and thoughtful.
It wasn't inexpensive but compared to the quality it was still acceptable.

The historical architecture captures attention, while the friendly staff enhances the experience. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks after a day of exploring, but the parking situation was tricky, as only a few spots were available. Breakfast featured gourmet products, but I wish the WiFi had been more reliable since it was spotty during my stay.
